Quality policy

The activities aimed at achieving the above specified objectives are carried out in accordance to the quality system applied by the Company. In 1999, the company received a Quality System Certificate in the range of production and sales of chemical fertilizers and other chemical products from the Polish Center of Research and Certification, conforming with the Polish Norm PN-EN ISO 9001:2001. According to the quality policy, the Company implements a series of programs of product and service improvement. Meeting this challenge, during the recent years the Luvena has completed an original investment project of a technological line for the production of granulated fertilizers with the use of cold crushing method. The implementation of this innovative technology has resulted in a 60% increase in the volume of production, an improvement in product quality, a decrease of the negative impact of the production process upon the natural environment and increased variety of products. The following stage of the quality improvement program applied in the company was obtaining the Quality System Certificate, issued by IQNET.
